This view of the Rio Grande is north of Hatch, New Mexico. It looked like this in 2021; with the continuing drought the river may look very different now. It is easy to take valuable gifts for granted - until we lose them. This piece was purchased in 2023 by the City of Albuquerque for their permanent collection.
